Congratulations to the 33 runners (and two puppers) who braved the day. During the first five hours the weather behaved. Then all of the sudden, wind, rain, hail, then sun and clouds, then wind, rain, hail, wow. The last few hours treated us to quite a reminder that it is not yet spring. This course was a wonderful romp on the east side with lots of moss on trees, moss on rocks and well moss everywhere. We did indeed get a peekaboo view of the Snoqualmie Falls and Lodge. Behind the view was a snowy mountain which was a great backdrop for a photo. Thank you all for coming out for the run. It is a treat to see your smiling faces and masks along the trail.
